Middle Farm is situated at 1,000ft in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the N.E. slopes of the Long Mynd, 4 miles from Church Stretton and 1/2 mile from Picklescott villagein Shropshire. There is a large fishing pool on the farm which attracts flora and fauna.

The fishing pool is well stocked with carp, tench and golden orfe and is available for fishing. The surrounding countryside is truly beautiful, a superb location for exploring South Shropshire. The historic towns of Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Ironbridge, Bishops Castle and Much Wenlock are only a short car journey away.

Our three holiday cottages have been converted from traditional farm buildings in the courtyard of the farmhouse. On the doorstep are walks over the stunning Stretton Hills and Long Mynd. The nearest shops are in Church Stretton. The well reputed 'Bottle and Glass' is 1/2 mile away in Picklescott, they serve excellent food and local beers.

The nearest train station is in Church Stretton. There is a summer shuttle bus touring the Shropshire hills and surrounding small towns which can be boarded locally.
