General Property Information
All three properties have full oil-fired central heating. All the fuel and power is included in the rent during the summer months. There is a heating supplement from November 1st to April 1st. Linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available on request. There is ample parking. A large grassed area with barbecue and outdoor furniture adjoins the courtyard for shared use. There is also a laundry room (coin-operated). We welcome one well-behaved dog in “Gooseyard”. There is a non-smoking policy in all the cottages.
