Guests staying at Middle Farm Cottages can enjoy £5 off a luxury spa treatment in the comfort of their own cottage. Double Delight - package for two (one therapist)
This package is great for a weekend escape to the country, for couples, for a girls weekend getaway, for mums and daughters etc. (If you have younger girls, children we can offer little nail paint and hand treatment to make them feel special too, please let us know).
2x Aromatic Salt Scrub, 2x Aromatherapy Massage, 2x Essential Facial, 2x File and Polish to either: Hands or Feet. (For men – reflexology)

Spa for You Signature Massage
Signature massage is combined to use different massage techniques which include: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Aroma, Laomi, Laomi, Acupressure, Shiatsu and other types of massage. This will give you a broad understanding and feeling for different cultures without travelling to different destinations. It is a great way to de-stress, improve your mood and feel fresh.

Luxury Facial
Focused on naturally improving the condition of the skin to provide outstanding instant and long-term results. Every facial begins with a skin analysis and includes specific double cleansing techniques, gentle exfoliation, toning, acupressure facial massage and intensive face mask. Whilst the mask is taking effect, experience a relaxing and therapeutic Oriental head massage with 100% essential oil blend what is going to condition your scalp and hair. Treatment finishes with day moisturiser for face and neck.

Hands or Feet Luxury Treatment
Luxury Treat: An advanced manicure or pedicure including Relax and Soak/ Dry Pedicure, gentle skin softening exfoliation and a relaxing massage with pre-blended massage oil or cream leaving the skin soft and smooth and finish with a touch of Polish of your choice.

Holistic
Aromatherapy Massage
A beautiful treatment for someone who is stressed has lots of tension or feeling tired. This massage combines the principles of holistic techniques with the application of concentrated essential oils or massage balm. It is a great way to improve your mood. Your therapist will start by choosing the appropriate aroma to use based on how you would like to feel as a result of massage. The massage technique used will vary depending on desired results.

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage concentrates to relieve stress through the scalp, face, neck, shoulders, upper arms and back. Massage movements’ increases and brings oxygen to the muscles, stimulates lymphatic flow, encourages the growth of the hair and helps relieve eye strain. Your Spa Therapist will start treatment with back and neck massage while you lying down, then you will be asked to turn over and therapist will continue with scalp, neck, head and shoulder massage.
